well well well......been missing a while.......haha..bz larh...DIDn't go to school today...hahaha sakit2 badan uh....ok yest was hell la sey...NAFA test siol....gosh....Cannot play2 because the result will determine i go NS ealier or not....hehe...SO i gave my best la siol...!!! ALL OUT la kate kan....1st start off with 2.4km run...hah wat a great thing to start off early in e morning..but tis tyme itz a new route..not e normally 6 rounds around the stdium....ok...so run2 n jog2 la....tk la boring sgt...coz lari kat luar kan....so ok lah....completed the run 10.8 or 9 la gitu.......wah kepale menoneng siol....mcm nk black out! hah i saw my face turn red la siol...!!! ok YG PENTING YANTO SENANG2 kene gigit dgn gua!!! mcm paham je!! NIE PES A punye budak ehk!!! hahaha!! ok done wit 2.4..den sit up plak....managed to do 45 sit ups in 1 min...hahaha da nk abis skali kaki cramped la siol!!!.....ok den take height n weight 175/65.......hmm..den g buat standing broad jump.....ok lah tu dpt 240...not bad....den sit n reach..aiya diz 1 sux uh!!! didn't do well....ok den pull up.....!! woah baik punye 11....wasted 1 more 12...which is 5pts...so yah........den final station...shuttle run...9.5 sec gang.....hahahha o well kate casper.....i fly.. i don't run hahaa overall i gave my very best.....so yah.....hopefully got a gold or silver la kan.....den da slamat..tak payah masuk ns cpt...hahahaha!! ok chiow!!!
